May we see the frame in person?

Do you deliver?

We offer delivery for a flat rate within Greater Montreal. On occasion, we accept a far away delivery request in order to escape on a romantic getaway. Write to us at contact@no69.ca beforehand for all orders outside Montreal––––especially if near somewhere scenic!

 

Does the frame come disassembled?

Yes, the frame comes in four pieces in addition to the slats and support beam.

 

Will the parts fit in my car?

We’ve seen them fit in a sedan with the seats down. As long as your car has eight feet of length, everything should fit in neatly.

 

Is it easy to assemble/disassemble?

Easier than IKEA—and it’s real wood!

 

What tools will I need?

If you opt for delivery and installation, the only tool you’ll need is a good glass of wine to savour on while we take care of everything. Otherwise, you’ll only need a drill, a 6″ square bit, and your hands! A drill may sound intimidating, but we promise that it’ll be the easiest installation of your life. If you don’t own one, you can borrow one from Home Depot (or a friend!).

 

May we customize the dimensions?

The length and width can be customized if you don’t have enough space for an overhang or if you have a custom mattress. Kindly write to us at contact@no69.ca before placing an order to ensure we can accommodate.

 

I have a memory foam mattress—may I request additional slats to reduce the slat spacing?

Certainly; many foam mattress brands require slat spacing under 2.25 inches. If that’s the case for yours, we can add two additional slats for around $25 to $30, depending on the bed size. Our standard spacing is approximately 3.75 inches, which is stable enough yet provides good airflow to all other mattress types.

 

What kind of finish do you use?

We use a high quality, all-natural Danish oil without petroleums or solvents.
